Fit In
Landolt
Dear Landolt Families,
Our teachers and staff are working hard to provide an
“Exemplary” education for every child here at Landolt
Elementary. However,
they cannot do it alone.
Parent involvement is an essential part in keeping our
school great.
Volunteer opportunities are ever present, and one of the best
ways to become informed about your child’s school and to use
your talents are to get involved.
The Landolt PTA will once again participate in the
Three for Me volunteer program.
Under the Three
for Me volunteer program, you are making a promise to help
out 3 hours during the 2011-2012 school year.
It’s that simple!
Whether you make copies for a teacher, hand out fruit
during lunch, or file library books, every act of service
counts.…a little volunteering goes a long way.
Please click on the link at the bottom of this page and print
out the volunteer form.
Please read the volunteer form for all the available volunteer
opportunities.
Check the box next to the areas you would like to help
out and return the form with your child to their teacher by
Friday, September 9, 2011
(one
form per family,
please).
The Landolt PTA has fun and exciting events planned for this
school year. These events are designed for you and your child's
enjoyment while also supporting their school. Last year, funds
raised by your PTA improved the literacy library, purchased
Weekly Readers, Planners for students, Spanish Scholastic News,
Dyno Math and computer equipment just to name a few.
Your Landolt PTA is a self-supporting organization, and
therefore, we depend on donations and volunteers for all
programs and events.
We value all of our volunteers and welcome you to Landolt
Elementary. Please
feel free to contact the chairman of the committee(s) which are
of interest to you to find out more information.
Please
visit
www.ccisd.net/volunteer to register as a volunteer
for CCISD.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Goucher, Landolt PTA Volunteer/Teacher Services Chair
Robyn Moore, Landolt PTA President
